The no door chain lift skip bin adopts a fully open-top structure without any rear door system, which eliminates common maintenance issues such as hinge failure, lock damage, and sealing wear. This design significantly improves loading efficiency, allowing excavators and wheel loaders to load waste directly from the top. It is a low-maintenance and highly efficient solution for construction and municipal waste handling operations.
Specially engineered for chain lift truck systems, the skip bin is equipped with reinforced lifting lugs that ensure safe and stable vertical lifting during repeated loading and unloading cycles. The structure is optimized to maintain balance and stability under heavy working conditions, making it suitable for municipal vehicles, industrial waste transport, and high-frequency operational environments.
Built from high-strength Q235 or Q355 steel, the entire bin body is fully welded to ensure long service life and structural integrity. Reinforced top frames and bottom structures enhance load-bearing capacity and impact resistance, making the skip bin suitable for heavy waste materials and continuous outdoor usage in demanding environments.
Each unit is treated with shot blasting followed by epoxy primer and polyurethane top coating to ensure excellent corrosion resistance. This multi-layer protection system provides strong resistance against rust, UV exposure, and harsh weather conditions, making the skip bin suitable for long-term outdoor applications. RAL color customization is available to meet project or branding requirements.
