Product Description *

Hero Equipment manufactures hook lift bins in various sizes, ranging from 4m3 to 40m3, with 4mm, 5mm and 6mm wall thickness. They are designed to provide exceptional strength and durability.

Our hook boxes are among the strongest on the market, with 100 x 80mm floor, doors and ramps, and 100 x 100mm channels on the sides and under the floor.

All two-side reinforcement joints are fully welded, with 10mm thick steel plates added on both sides of the joints for extra strength.

We also offer a custom service, so as a customer you get a product that meets the specific requirements of your construction project, with specifications tailored to your needs.

Material	Mild steel , in China we usually use Q235, which similar to grade 250(AUS), A283(USA). we can also use Q345 which similar to grade 350 (AUS), A210(USA).
Size	Customized Size
Thickness of plates used	10gauge 8gauge (3mm-4mm) M/S plate for sides and 8 gauge 6gauge(4mm-5mm) M/S for floor. Thicker plates are available to your requirements.
Other specifications	Top frame with RHS, top edge of plate continuously welded to RHS Fully or partially welded inside and outside Hook bar diameter is 50mm Chassis made of PFC or I-beam, usually 200*75 PFC Curved side panel option available Hinges and rollers with lubrication point
Painting	We will paint each bin you order in your company colours, enhancing your company image with great looking bins. Two times of primer + two times of top coat Primer : zinc-based epoxy (Grey) Top coat : Urethane (Any color)

Product Application *

Hook lift bins come in different sizes, so they can be suitable for any size project for proper waste disposal. Fill the bin with non-recyclable waste (such as concrete, bricks and tiles), and then the truck lifts the bin through a hook, which is the docking point on the back of the bin. The docking point is a sturdy curved metal strip that holds the bin in place when it is hung on the truck. Then, the truck is ready to take the trash can to where it needs to go.
